Advantages
The formulation of VEGERUST® significantly reduces the consumption of fossil fuels : in VEGERUST®L4, 56% of the carbon content is of vegetal origin.
VEGERUST®L4 is a VOC* free ready to use aqueous solution based on corrosion inhibitor salts in combination with sodium nitrite.
Recommendations
VEGERUST®L4 is mainly recommended for:
– flash-rust protection of water based formulations based on acrylic, alkyd, epoxy polyurethane dispersions or emulsions.
– in-can protection for metal packaging filled with above products.
Uses
The usual percentage of VEGERUST®L4 is from 0,2 % to 1,0% based on the total weight of the final product.
In all cases, the optimal dosage must be determined by a laboratory trial.
